Obnoxious restaurant manager with a chip on her shoulder refused to seat us in the main restaurant despite promising us this if it rained when we booked a table on their balcony for Father's Day. When we escalated and contacted their 'Operations Director ', he was defensive and unable to address (other than scripted talk).
