I think the management decided to hire a staff of mute people. Though it's nice to provide handicapped people with jobs, the service industry is probably not the right place to do that.On top of the unability to speak or even acknowledge our presence, it took them 10'+ to clean a 2 small table and get us sat.The value for money is pretty terrible too. You can get a better all-day-breakfast and coffee 2 blocks away for 80 instead of 150, literally half the price.
