I wasn’t aware that you had to order at the bar as this was my first time eating there. So when I finally walked up to the bar, the lady working there suddenly kept shouting and commenting “Everyone has to order at the bar. I’m not a waitress. Everyone orders at the bar.” She kept shouting this repeatedly as I was waiting to give my order. After giving my order to this other guy, I was going to walk back to my table and then she started shouting “PAY FIRST. YOU PAY EVERYTHING FIRST”. I couldn’t

I wasn’t aware that you had to order at the bar as this was my first time eating there. So when I finally walked up to the bar, the lady working there suddenly kept shouting and commenting “Everyone has to order at the bar. I’m not a waitress. Everyone orders at the bar.” She kept shouting this repeatedly as I was waiting to give my order. After giving my order to this other guy, I was going to walk back to my table and then she started shouting “PAY FIRST. YOU PAY EVERYTHING FIRST”.

I couldn’t believe that someone working in the service industry has the audacity to be this RUDE to customers! To the rude lady, you need to give your attitude a check and maybe consider changing industries as you clearly don’t know how to act in front of customers, let alone be professional.

To add on to that, our order took so long and we only ordered one dish which took more than 50 minutes.

I highly suggest to skip this pub when at Stanley. There are way better places around with better food, staff and service.
