Second time here for lunch. First the waitress put a long face when we were ordering. Then when she put the salad , she forgot the dressing. Orange juice is only half of the cup and it costs 50HKD. Then we were waiting forever for our third dish. When she was asked about the third dish, she simply responded “I missed it” without any regrets.
