I must say that it was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a long time. While the food was passable, the abysmal attitude displayed by the restaurant staff left a sour taste in my mouth that no amount of seasoning could rectify.From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident the staff member had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. The waiter greeted me with a condescending tone and I seemed annoyed him by my presence. It was as if I was burdening
From the moment I entered the establishment, it was evident the staff member had no interest in providing a pleasant dining experience. The waiter greeted me with a condescending tone and I seemed annoyed him by my presence. It was as if I was burdening him by choosing to dine at their restaurant. Not only they can't find my booking from openrice, when they were busy looking for my booking and other customers came he just serve them first and make me wait instead, but I was here first.
The staffs were unimpressive. They were inattentive, and pretending can't see you even if you wave at them. They would pretending to look the other way to avoid coming and maybe hope other staffs would come. Throughout the meal, my requests for simple things like ketchup took multiple asks to come.
To make matters worse, when settling the bill, their machine took multiple tries and I was met with annoyance and eye-rolling.
The bad attitude exhibited by the staff members, from the moment I walked in to the moment I left, left a lasting negative impression. I believe that a dining experience should be more than just the food itself. I would not choose to come here again. Don't force charge the 10% service charge if you guys can't even keep up to provide it, that's the same as stealing isn't it?
