跑馬地餐廳 (Closed)

I tried this restaurant last week and was not impressed The menu outside is very enticing however this is deceptive I ordered a scallop cheese baked rice and it was flavourless the most disappointing was the milk tea, very watery and tasted like water. price was around 70 hkd for afternoon tea set
