Pre-TGIF梗係去relax一下今日放工嚟到位於中環SOHO區嘅 @thejoyhouse.hk 飲杯野 食個Dinner🤗🤗呢到個環境好Chill 我覺得非常之適合放工同一班同事或者約個客喺度飲杯嘢 傾吓計佢哋嘅飲品選擇好多 尤其係cocktail 🍹🍸盛裝飲品嘅器皿亦都好靚我哋叫咗其中一杯mocktail 用咗Flamingo嘅杯 🦩 好得意😍🍸Gin Ever - Gin, Dried Sweet Plum, Lemon juice, Grapefruit Juice 🍹Got Juicy - Pineapple juice, Orange juice, coconut Syrup, coconut milk, Mochi 食物來講都非常精緻前菜我哋叫咗春卷 有別於出面食開嘅春卷 佢用咗半熟吞拿魚做餡料 配埋他他醬 意大利雲吞皮 係自家制 會比出面食開嘅厚身 唔會煮到軟淋淋 好有口感酥皮三文魚柳卷 係即叫即包 個酥皮焗到脆卜卜 三文魚亦都好Juice🫕half-cooked tuna spring roll 🍝Fresh Crab Meat Ravioli in Tomato
