何蘭正輕鬆Happy Friday!「焗釀大烤菇配香料羊肉腸‧水牛芝士‧脆炸牛蒡片」平時一般通常用呑拿魚或煙肉釀大啡菇,釀羊肉腸一係第一次聽。大烤菇肉厚多汁,菇味香濃,羊肉腸香,好惹味,脆炸牛蒡片沒有過多既調味,簡單而酥脆味美,帶來一點新意。「鹽燒智利海鱸魚柳配酸辣頭水紫菜醬‧蒜香烤玉子豆腐」鱸魚口感鮮嫩,魚皮煎至金黃香脆。「法國走地豬五花肉半肥瘦黑叉燒‧真空清新薄荷西瓜」,真係半肥瘦適中,西瓜好特別。「西班牙油炸鬼」Churros呀!新鮮炸起仲熱辣辣,上面撒滿肉桂糖粉,再點榛子朱古力醬同檸蜜意大利芝士醬,好味又邪惡!試過啤酒,今次揀左Cocktail,有雪糕有whisky既「成人黑牛」,而「咸檸氈」就真係有Gin!
