#last day of June 2020 (aka the day before the enactment of NSL)Queues snack around Hau Fook Street in which a lot of 💛 shops are situated, is crowded with HongKongers, even at 8pm. After we got seated and placed the orders, our boat noodles came in 10 mins & we started to fill our empty stomaches. Generous serving of ingredients w/ a combination of beef, pork & chicken in a thick & profoundly-flavoured broth. I hv ordered the wide rice noodles (Guay Tiew Naam), curiously slippery to the tongue

Generous serving of ingredients w/ a combination of beef, pork & chicken in a thick & profoundly-flavoured broth. I hv ordered the wide rice noodles (Guay Tiew Naam), curiously slippery to the tongue yet tend to sticking to one another — these noodles are a delight to consume, soft in texture and nicely absorb the right amount of soup when I'm slurping it into my mouth!
There's a wide range of skewers & snacks to choose from including grilled squid, porkneck & spring rolls etc.

Lastly, for the drinks, thai milktea is renowned for its sweetness & bright orange color. This restaurant serves drinks in an iced bowl without placing ice in the Thai milktea. Some sweetness to balance off the savoury food.
Even though it's a small restaurant, the wall-facing bench seating fit neatly without making customers feel cramped; more privacy indeed especially when physical barriers were placed between paired seats in the midst of this pandemic.
