It's always a delight to expore around Western Street and Pokfulam side. It is not as commercial as Central, but it is the same as there: you need to climb up the small conrete-like hill to explore around. We went to Tulsi & Wine at the tip of Western Street for a dinner. They have a few dinner sets at range of 100HKD. I chose the seabass set. It looks delicate, and it is crispy. The delight here I genuinely love are truffle naan, mango lassi and the one-of-a-kind apple 'pie' with ice cream.Truf

Truffle naan is really special. It has slight buttery flavour blended well with truffle. Soft, tender. Truffle lover will love it.
Mango lassi is just right for me as it is not as sweet and oily as lassi at other Indian restaurants.
The best surprise is the apple pie with ice cream. They are not pies ---- they are four crispy hollow baskets filled with chilled spiced apple! Perhaps this dish is inspired from Indian dish that instead of spiced apple, they fill the baskets with yoghurt?
We also tried chicken tikka, Thai grilled pork neck, and saag paneer(spinach curry with indian cheese cubes). They are good in size, but they are so so.
I think it would be quite a nice exploration for people studying and working nearby to try out this place.
