Hing Kee is a celebrities’ and chefs’ after service favourite. They are best known for their stir fried crabs in house fermented chilli and black bean sauce. Strangely though what drawn me back here time and again is their Shredded Roast Duck Meat rice noodles. They offer different cut of the roast duck to go with the rice noodles, including roast duck thigh and sliced duck meat.
