I had a small gathering this evening and would like get some cupcakes for dessert. My friend brought me some SIFT cupcakes a while ago and totally enjoyed them.This time, I have tried red velvet, hazelnut chocolate crunch, mocha, coconut, strawberry, carrot and chocolate. The red velvet was my favorite covered by mascarpone cheese and the texture was moist. It was not too sweet either. I have tried other cupcake shops in Wanchai but I found Sift was the best.
