the best means it is the best korea resturant in HK. it's a very traditional korea resturant. up to now, i can't find any korea resturant which can replace it. i went there for dinner many times. always satisfied. even my friends also enjoyed it. the old korea man (boss) is nice. he can speak cantonese and english as well.
