We arrive ON TIME, receptionist was polite and give us a nice table next to the window, then the magic start to happens, firts two beautiful show plates of all the ingredients, fruits, seafood, etc, then later some small snacks also arrive to our table, staff was very knowledgeable and clearly explain us about the dishes and how the restaurant experience works.After we enjoy the snacks we move to the dining area where the chef was working on some beautiful and delicious concoctions, Restaurant
After we enjoy the snacks we move to the dining area where the chef was working on some beautiful and delicious concoctions, Restaurant Manager Marco was the best, again staff explain dish by dish, we would like to remarks some of our more favorites dishes from the menu:
THE SCALLOPS, THE BURI AND THE TUNA TARTARE, very well executed, as my wife and I are very peculiar with this kind of preparations, but chef make a wonderful job.
We happy upgrade our main dish to a wagyu wich was out of this world.
We would like to said thank you to all the staff for the great performance at work, they all work in perfect harmony.
