Hot pot is one of the good choices in winter. This is the second time I eat in this restaurant and is the best option to have hot pot in Ma On Shan. This is the Taiwan style broth and looks decent for its design. You could choose whatever seasoning you want. Now this restaurant have member card scheme but I am lazy to join. The soup is very good for health and full of collagen. It is very good for lady to order it. Also, it includes one whole chicken except the head and pat, haha.
The chicken meat is soft and with good taste. Eating and drinking the soup and the content inside already made you full. If you are peach resin fans, you must love it. This broth is full of peach resin together with meat of longan, Chinese lyceum, jujube, Chinese date which make the soup excellent. You just cannot help drinking one after the other. QQ noodles
It is really chewy and is a good match with the soup.
