第一次寫 OpenRice 食評,因為實在太好太想同大家分享!真係非一般的!其實我都有認真地試過 Caprice, Pierre, Amber, Petrus, Gaddi's, Nobu 等高級食府,但始終都係 The Parlour 嘅大西洋帶子同白松露野菌湯最精彩最出色!嚟過三次,都點咗呢兩樣,都係咁好味!亦有試過呢間嘅其他食品,不過其他嘢食都只係普普通通,無咩特別。所以大家有機會去 The Parlour 一定要試呢兩樣 Must Try:★ Wild Mushroom Soup with a white truffle foam白松露同野菌嘅香味發揮得淋漓盡至,超香超濃超滑!一試傾心!真係好想知佢嘅秘訣,點解其他餐廳做唔到?★ Atlantic Scallops roasted with thyme, baby spinach & pine nuts充滿鮮甜味嘅大大粒帶子煮到啱啱熟,既有刺身嘅軟綿綿嫩滑質感,亦有烹調過後嘅海鮮香味,加上恰到好處嘅海鹽作調味,每一淡都極之美妙!未試過都唔知原來帶子可以煮到呢個境界!兩樣都係 A La Carte Menu,散叫的,所以 Lunc

白松露同野菌嘅香味發揮得淋漓盡至,超香超濃超滑!一試傾心!真係好想知佢嘅秘訣,點解其他餐廳做唔到?

Atlantic Scallops roasted with thyme, baby spinach & pine nuts
充滿鮮甜味嘅大大粒帶子煮到啱啱熟,既有刺身嘅軟綿綿嫩滑質感,亦有烹調過後嘅海鮮香味,加上恰到好處嘅海鹽作調味,每一淡都極之美妙!未試過都唔知原來帶子可以煮到呢個境界!

兩樣都係 A La Carte Menu,散叫的,所以 Lunch / Dinner 都有,不過最好訂位時預留帶子,因為有次我哋去到剩低得番一份,我讓咗比個 Friend 食。
