又返嚟我今年最喜愛嘅餐廳,兩個月前先第一次食,但而家差唔多每個月都要食一兩次,今次Chef @davidtlai 安排咗Aged 90日嘅本地騸牯牛,香濃嘅肉味可能係我人生食過最好食嘅牛肉,重點你連伴碟嘅薯仔同菜都好食到停唔到口,但呢個係Off Menu菜式,所以可遇不可求!另外又係我最愛Wild Caught Trout Head Rice with Salmon Roe & White Truffle,呢個飯我已經食第四次,雖然每次嘅魚或者材料都有啲唔一樣,但依然都係咁好食,今次仲配上時令最好嘅白松露,我懷疑我真係可以每日都可以食佢,每日限定,想食就要碰吓運氣🙈 今次仲有我最鍾意食嘅Buffalo Wings,四個人食飯只有我一個人想食雞翼,我都堅持要嗌,你就知我有幾鍾意食Buffalo Wings,唔係講笑呢個雞翼都超級好食…我自己食咗四隻。至於頭盤嘅煙燻北海道鯡魚連魚肝同魚春,嫩滑嘅魚肉滲入煙燻嘅香味十分美味,至於煙燻嘅魚肝、魚春更是一絕。另外仲有好多美味菜式不能一一盡錄 🤤
