Paul Lafayet (Closed)

There's no doubt for me to choose Paul Lafayet to buy macaron. Although the price is getting higher, I like their flavour and mouthfeel. Unlike other macarons are overly sweet and relatively bland in taste, their macaron’s texture is light, just a little chewy, and soft, but not so soft that it's mushy. I like the Lychee and raspberry favour which smells good too. Some other favours we can only taste sweet…too little natural taste… My favourite: Pistachio, raspberry and Lychee
