Parma Ham salad
A promoted Crisp greens topped with premium Prima ham, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, red onion and cherry tomatoes. The green was wilted and bruised, the ham was definitely not Parma and it was surely on its last legs and about to go off, the sun dried tomatoes was a brown red very bland and tasteless, the artichokes was tasteless.
Buffalo wings
They had flavour on it but the wings' temp was lacking the wings were soggy and the sauce was just spicy and didn’t have the regular punch of a good sauce.
Ribs
Meat lacked any smoky flavour it promoted, texture or the meat was dry and wasn’t tender. There was a severe lack of sauce that a traditional rack of ribs should be counted with.
Mash potato
Dry, rubbery mash that was pre-made and plated as a prep way before the order was even lodged.
For $500 was not worth it. Ruby Tuesday need to stop fooling the Hong Kong public with their terrible quality and a supposed experience of American food.
