well, this statement is not made by meit is made by Mr Choi LanTo be honest, it is only a Taiwan style 茶餐廳the food is acceptable if you treat it as a 茶餐廳but obviously not "the best restaurent in HK"西門丁 is much betterand it is quite expensive, ~$75 per person for lunchwith suboptimal food and environment!
