去中環食泰菜實非一般地道香港人會做的,所以朋友話要食泰菜,又唔肯去九龍城食,我也沒有抱太大期望。不過location上係略勝一籌,而且openrice book 枱有asiamiles,加分。食完後真心覺得唔錯,Thai味出色在food、atmosphere和service。我地meet up 後就直搗餐廳,入大厦已經覺得好decent,有些artistic 公仔係樓下擺放。環境的確是很cozy,裝修很典雅帶點vintage味道。頭盤蝦片一籃很有心思的蝦餅和dipping sauce,似XO醬,味道相當豐富,真的很yummy喔!精選拼盤($149 for 2)炸蝦餅、春卷、沙爹豬肉、香蘭葉包雞Satay sauce 味道很rich,質地結身些,有花生粒粒加左D texture,點雞肉食超級美味。蝦餅蝦味出色,而且好彈牙。春卷好crispy,材料豐富,口感不俗。香蘭葉味標青,雞肉十分嫩,跟雞串味道完全不一樣。燒豬頸肉伴酸子醬($115)原塊燒豬頸肉燒得好靚,份量也不少。豬頸肉肉質很滑嫩,配shallot dip係完美的結合。好鐘意食泰菜的頭盤小食,品種繁多味道豐富。新鮮椰青($55)椰水

用火煱爐上很有趣,一邊熱住個湯,一邊食。湯的九層塔味很香,海鮮也有很多,洋蔥很甜,湯都幾辣,流住鼻涕都要飲,不錯不錯。

南瓜布甸($67)好少係泰菜出現,幾有特色,有南瓜味吉士係南瓜入面,味道清甜,加左coconut sauce食,口感上增加了不少層次。
