To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

係103樓食完野，當然要去118樓飲杯野啦。一上到去見到露臺，見到個甘靚既景，成個呆左～！太靚啦～！完全有大地在我腳下既感覺～！由於係free sitting，搵位都搵左陣先有位座。梳化位一早俾人訂左。叫左兩杯大路野，味道淡左d，無酒味。nuts 係杏仁，可惜岩岩食得太飽，只係食左幾粒。不過味道唔錯。高空有風，30度都唔覺熱。總結：香港不愧係東方之珠。係甘高向下望既夜景真係無敵。睇過呢度既景之後，其他地方既景真係無得比。小插曲：走時去梳化位影下相。竟然俾我見到小強！！同waiter講，佢俾左個神級回覆我：甘要快d離開呢個位啦。
