On one of my friend's birthday, we decided to go on a look out for a new restaurant to dine in... to sort of start a tradition. On one of my friend's birthday, we decided to go on a look out for a new restaurant to dine in... to sort of start a tradition. Butchers club burger in Quarry Bay which was originally a Pacific coffee caught our attention. We were unusually hungry from all the partying and really enjoyed our time at our new "birthday" restaurant. We were particularly fond of the Double Happiness burger and the WuTang. Double Happiness, with double patty, double cheese, and all the fixins between two grilled cheese sammys was absolutely satisfying for our monstrous hunger. The two beef pattys was cooked just right (not too chewy or soft) with the coorect amount of cheese, bacon, pickle and burger sauce. 
Wu tang, which is my personal favorite, was more unique. Wu tang is fried in Sriracha and topped with cheese, kimchi, kewpie mayo and tempura sweet potato and is pretty affordable too. In my opion, this burger will be the go to when you visit Butchers club burger!
