Traditional Korean Porridge
Cooked with beef, clams and seasonal vegetables, the porridge was full of flavors with the rice cracker making it more appealing visually
Abalone
The abalone from Busan was soft yet retaining a bit of bite. The seafood broth was so beautifully clear yet complex with flavors
Grilled Hanwoo Beef (supplement $180)
A Korean meal could not go without Hanwoo beef. Very tender and cooked perfectly
Slow Cooked Jeju Pork Belly
Beautifully plated. The dish could be further enhanced with more flavors, while the pork could have more moisture.
Rice, Banchen, Eel Soup
The rice was planted in the chef’s own farm and cooked right at your table. It was steaming hot, fluffy and chewy. The 5 kinds of banchen added interesting flavors to the rice, and the eel soup bursted with freshness
Coffee or Tea with traditional Korean snack
