I love Hana Musubi, the take away onigiri shop that is found throughout Hong Kong. I love having a place for take away onigiri. So, when I came across Uo-Show, I was curious. There was a lot of rice. But there wasn't enough filling. The chicken was weird. Had a spongy texture and there wasn't much flavor from the sauce they added. Whatever that sauce was supposed to be?

Again a lot of rice compared to filling. The salmon tasted like the ones from a can. And where was the mentaiko? Pretty much nonexistent.

I bought something called  mochi mochi dorayaki with matcha azuki cream ($12). It was a flat oval shape.

I don't know why they called it mochi mochi because I didn't feel there was any mochi added to it? Was it supposed to be like this?? The cream was ok. It had the bitterness of matcha and the sweetness of azuki bean.

The onigiri definitely wasn't as good as Hana Musubi. But it was also half the price. I think I'll stick to Hana Musubi.
