Ok, it's the controversal Ramen place. I haven't been there before, and would I be able to get my lunch concentrate to taste what it is like, or would I be forced into bad mood and left a comment about it...?Apparently, the owner has been reminded, and starting from the 1st min, everything was fine. Of course, I was also trying to follow all the friendly reminders here about the rules..s. In fact, on my way there, the taxi driver was talking about it, the rules, the unpredictable open hours....

Apparently, the owner has been reminded, and starting from the 1st min, everything was fine. Of course, I was also trying to follow all the friendly reminders here about the rules..s. In fact, on my way there, the taxi driver was talking about it, the rules, the unpredictable open hours.... it's all about rituals.

Well, it was easy, and the owner's son, a little boy, was helpful. Looks like his mom has sent him as a messenger. Everything was smooth and I was glad that I could enjoy my lunch!

I ordered the soy source based w/ 豬骨湯底, Jazz Ramen (meaning it includes everything they can add on the top of the bowl of noodle), beef + Cha Xiu + veggie.... etc. It's a big bowel, the noodle they used were Ramen (Japanese style), taste good, authentic, it's good. Without tasting other types of soup base, I think I got an idea on how it would be. Fine. I also ordered the "Cheese dumplings" with mozzarela cheese in it, so you can imagine how it was like. Overall, it's good.
