Moving on to the main, this is the US Tenderloin in Josper Grill served with sautéed spinach with garlic butter.
The beef was well seasoned and grilled to wonderful medium rare that carries a hint of smoky flavour. The golden yellow garlic butter added to further accentuate the beefy flavour.
