Im not trying to promote abnormal zoophobia (love with animals) but i find it an interesting experience to chew, suck, and eventually eat, a flesh which used to be the tongue of an animal.It felt better with an ox's tongue as it was usually served in slices. A serving of duck's tongue costed 20 bucks and in fact, it tasted good with an intense flavour of the 'lo sui' cooked into the flesh, which was spongy and yummy.Yet i still cant help feeling a little embrassed as i was, in the strictest sense, french-kissing with the duck the tongue originally belonged to.
Even so, the kiss had been a yummy one.
Oh lord, am i turning zoophobia myself?
