Tomato sauce is then mixed with the two-week infused Tom Yum vodka using the rolling method, making this cocktail extra smooth by increasing the friction between the drink and air. Finishing with a few drops of milk and rosemary for more aroma.

Another concept drink inspired by Chinese culture. The idea comes from the traditional Chinese desserts, tofu dessert and sesame seed sweet soup. The combination of two dessert is absolutely beautiful, the tofu was made in cream texture, mixed with its own roasted sesame syrup. There is a slight aftertaste of coconut since a hint of jaxcoco water and malibu were added.
