打從疫情開始,就沒有怎樣去過蘭桂坊,現在社交距離放寬,又適逢萬聖節,夜了朋友去蘭桂坊聚一聚,順便感受萬聖節的氣氛。餐廳採用開放式廚房,超有氣氛LA BRUSCHETTA DI BACI做為餐前小食,分量有點多,但絕對精緻又好味,酸種麵包多士抹上一層厚厚新鮮牛油果醬和碎蕃茄,之後又舖上煙三文魚,漂亮又美味。ANGELI DI MARE天使面的海鮮醬汁超級濃厚鮮味,每條小天使都掛上醬汁,紅蝦爽口鮮甜,鮮蝦味很突出。THE KING OF PIZZA 不愧為亞洲排名Top12的手工pizza, 用意大利傳統pizza爐烤,就這份堅持也值得期待。Pizza 底軟熟煙靭有嚼勁,既然是THE KING OF PIZZA ,材料當然也豐富,有三文魚、菠菜、魚籽和濃濃的芝士,應該是我在香港食過最好吃的pizza,喜歡吃辣的可以試餐廳自製辣油,又辣又麻很過癮。BUTTER POACHED LOBSTER主角自然是整隻龍蝦開邊,但Fregola Sarda Pasta 吸收了龍蝦海鮮醬汁,粒粒煙靭鮮味,2隻龍蝦鉗肉厚肥美,超讚好味。The classic Tiramisu傳統Tiramisu比較軟濕,很濃
