My friend and I have been to Mongkok and we have tried this wonderful bbq. There are lots of bbq food such as chicken soft bone and beef tongues. The chicken soft bone is grilled with rose salt and the taste is fantastic to me. It is not so salty and the beef tongue is grilled using vigorous fire. The outside is crispy while the inside is just perfect. They are also cooked very well so that no burnt could be found. The cheese noodle is full of cheese and it is delicious.
