The Most Horrible Experience

I've been quite busy this week so I didn't write this until now. This is the most horrible experience and I really need to make a complaint. Last Sunday I went to this restaurant and ordered a set of phd combo for 2. It was about 7:00 that time and I admit that there is a lot of people but I simply don't understand why it took so long. I waited for 90 mins and they finally got my meal done. This is totally unacceptable like for god's sake it's 90 mins. They didn't have to deliver it why it still

I've been quite busy this week so I didn't write this until now. This is the most horrible experience and I really need to make a complaint. Last Sunday I went to this restaurant and ordered a set of phd combo for 2. It was about 7:00 that time and I admit that there is a lot of people but I simply don't understand why it took so long. I waited for 90 mins and they finally got my meal done. This is totally unacceptable like for god's sake it's 90 mins. They didn't have to deliver it why it still took so long? Besides, they made the wrong pizza and didn't pack the salad for me. Is it so hard to make the right order? The staff is as bad as the service. The one who took my order didn't ask me if I wanted to pay with credit card or cash. She just said it can only pay with cash but I swear I saw someone pay with credit card. I asked a guy if my order was done or not and he said he would check for me but then he went to do other things. I sincerely hope that there'll be improvement.
