I went to the previous shop in Wah Lan Road for lunch, which was a small shop that feels like it's family run, a bit like local dai pai dongs, but the ramen is just superb, perfectly done, the soup base was a bit oily sometimes but other than that it was tasty without making you thirst afterwards... no MSG, guaranteed. For $60-80 a bowl of ramen, it's not the cheapest in town, but definitely the best in quality.
