平時行尖沙咀加連威老道都係行街Shopping,很少留意樓上嘅舖頭今晚朋友帶咗我上樓食飯The next station is 瑞生!WHAT?? 咩地方嚟架, 瑞生係尖沙咀加連威老道入面嘅精品酒店4樓係餐廳及酒吧 "The Pearl"入到去有少少昏暗, 幾好feel, 有少許工業風但又有Design嘅風格餐廳除室內座位外,仲有outdoor位置, 同朋友飲杯野傾下計呢d天氣坐outdoor真係好chill點餐由朋友發板Starters: Fig & Prama Ham Salad and Tuna Avocado Foam Tartare 無花果帕馬火腿沙律朋友知我鐘意食無花果, 特意點呢份比我雖然無花果不是主角, 但呢度切得好大角, 唔似平時D餐廳咁小氣, 切到好細粒無花果很甜, 配上巴馬臣芝士片和風乾火腿, 甜甜咸咸, 再加埋有點水份嘅沙律菜, 口腔內有層味道是開胃的Starter! 吞拿魚牛油果泡沫他他配自家製羅勒油Starter嚟講, 呢2份比我地想像中大, 而且擺盤賣相都唔錯呀!打卡之餘味道都出色吞拿魚肉鮮, 唔會切到好碎, 是有咬口的而中間的牛油果泡沫很特別, 又唔會搶

朋友知我鐘意食無花果, 特意點呢份比我
雖然無花果不是主角, 但呢度切得好大角, 唔似平時D餐廳咁小氣, 切到好細粒
無花果很甜, 配上巴馬臣芝士片和風乾火腿, 甜甜咸咸, 再加埋有點水份嘅沙律菜, 口腔內有層味道
是開胃的Starter!

Starter嚟講, 呢2份比我地想像中大, 而且擺盤賣相都唔錯呀!
打卡之餘味道都出色
吞拿魚肉鮮, 唔會切到好碎, 是有咬口的
而中間的牛油果泡沫很特別, 又唔會搶咗主角吞拿魚嘅味道, 很輕盈的
加埋羅勒油, 口感非常順滑

伴了像加了檸檬汁的薄荷香草醬, 少少酸都幾特別
最喜歡牛肉的煮法就是不加任何調味, 那就可以吃出牛本身的原味道
封門柳肉質鬆軟, 用刀輕輕便可切開(絕對不是加了梳打粉那種) , 而且牛味濃
墊底仲加了薯蓉, 幾乎都是原味沒特別添加調味, 很喜歡

意粉有咬口, 唔會煮得好淋, 蝦也有4大隻, 彈牙的, 我是很喜歡
可是我不太喜歡和風醬, 甜了點 (純粹個人口味, 就好似我也不喜歡吃壽喜燒一樣)

話哂咁Chill嘅地方, 我地都點咗杯飲品chill chill佢
左 (cocktail) : Pearadise; 右 (mocktail): First Crush
Pearadise是帶有微微的梨味嘅開胃酒, 酒精濃度很低, 加上唔係太大杯, 女生唔怕飲醉
杯上仲有個好特別嘅髮飾, 好fusion
而First Crush朋友形容似青瓜味嘅益力多, 唔會好甜, 佢覺得幾refresh

Other Info. : 女洗手間都好乾淨又夠大 通常酒吧餐廳嘅食物質數都一般, 但估唔到呢度嘅食物都做到出色, 好味!
