There's dozens of burger joints in Hong Kong but it's really only when you speak to them that you know why they're so good.
Firstly, the ingredients are of the highest quality. The owner can quote where every part of the meal comes from.
Secondly, the portion sizes are off the scale. Even the 'small' truffle burger is enough to challenge even the most aggressive of appetites.
Third, you can basically build your own burger from available ingredients. They do run out of stuff from time to time, but this is because they buy small and fresh.
Because it's so small it can get crowded and there have been a couple of times when we couldn't get in. Do ask though as last time we went the people inside waiting were waiting for a takeaway.
The owner is extremely passionate and approachable and always happy to talk about his venture.
Food wise it's a handful of burgers with a choice of rosemary fries and the awesome but sometimes sold out hand cut bone marrow fries. But the fries as a set and they're a bargain.
Drinks wise there are some craft ales and ciders and a small wine selection.
Summary: if you like your food wholesome, traceable and generous in portion size; this could be the place for you.
