🍴Salmon Eggs Benedict $110.Finally back to my fav brunch spot in CWB😆 To avoid the queue, it’d be best to visit this place after 1:30pm .Instead of ordering something sweet this time, I went for the classic egg benny with avocado and smoked salmon🍳 The poached eggs were executed flawlessly, and the feeling of slicing into an oozing yolk was so satisfying😻 The best part of the dish was certainly the hollandaise sauce💓 I’d say the sauce defines what a perfect egg benny should be! .They were pretty

They were pretty generous with the amount of avocado🥑 Silky and creamy in texture, which was paired with a slice of freshly-made sourdough underneath🤤 finished off with a drizzle of pesto that gave an extra kick of flavour❗️
