Eat like a local: in Argentina when you hang out with your buddies and want to eat, you choose not the fanciest places, you choose the typical ones. Asado is one of these argentinean "bodegones" where you go with your friends, eat a lot, drink a lot, chat and enjoy a lovely evening. The place is small, not fancy at all, but when you enter there, your argentinean heart starts beating faster because you are transported in seconds to the middle of La Boca or San Telmo, decorated with pictures of pop

The place is small, not fancy at all, but when you enter there, your argentinean heart starts beating faster because you are transported in seconds to the middle of La Boca or San Telmo, decorated with pictures of popular figures of our culture (In the top middle the picture of our hero Maradona) and the flag, you forget you are eating in Central.
The food is AMAZING, specially 3 things: mollejas (difficult to find in any other argentinean place), chimichurri (real argentinean taste) and the ribs , that are real argentinean cut and the way we eat there, big rib and cooked to perfection. Also the empanadas were good, provoleta and the chorizo and morcilla were also incredible, real argentinean taste.
Their wine selection is not too big but they have amazing argentinean wines that i didn't even know and one of the owners suggested and made me taste, super incredible.
It is run by two argentineans, so they know how to put a little bit of our culture in your table, besides they are super friendly and after dinner me and my friend stayed there talking as "sobremesa" about random things, same as argentineans do after an amazing dinner.
DEfo, mi place in Hong Kong from now on, I have travelled around the world and lived abroad for 6 years, and even though I like all the food, my argentinean blood always force me to find argentinean places and ASADO is the real argentinean experience I found outside my home land
As Terminator said: I'LL BE BACK
I could put 10 stars if possible
