I love dining in Central but some restaurants can be pretty crowded.Luckily not many people know that Bungalow serves food because it is located on Wyndham Street where people assume that it is bars and clubs.The place was great but the air con was too cold.++++++++++Trout Ceviche $148The trout was a good starter that was refreshing.++++++++++Barley salad $138Beneath the spinach leaves were barley pearls which had a nice chew.After mixing the Taiyouran egg, the salad was really tasty.++++++++++T

Truffled mashed potatoes $88
The mash was extremely silky with a strong truffle flavouring that had a milky taste because of the creamy ingredients.++++++++++
Capellini $178
The capellini looked a bit different because they were rectangular strands and not rod shaped and the texture was slightly different from pasta but it was nice in a tangy tomato sauce, ricotta and cashew pesto.++++++++++
smoked duck breast $228
The slices of duck were presented like a pretty rose and the duck was tender with a fragrant smokey taste paired with tender asparagus.++++++++++
SableFish $238
This was flakey fish with a strong lemon vebena taste so you will either like it or hate it.++++++++++
Chicken roulade $248
This was my favourite because I love spatzle which were crispy and chewy in delicious gravy and the chicken rolls were juicy.++++++++++
Melon salad:
To finish off, had the melon salad which was light and healthy.++++++++++
Banana and caramel Crepes:
The crepes were also good because the crepes were thin filled with delicious banana and fluffy cream.++++++++++
