The slowest HK service ever

I waited 10 mins before I could convince someone to take my order. this was at lunch time. They are obviously understaffed for such a huge outlet and yet don't want to acknowledge the fact. staff are all with low morale and just reply with a straight face that "It's like this during lunch hour". if you are rushing for a flight, don't come here.
