layer cream cake 7/10 the green tea flavor is enough but can be richer, green tea powder is used, but not the intense flavor. the cream is smooth for all 4 flavors. but the crepe is not smooth enough and it is not soft enough and a bit dry. which fall from my expectation. the rose flavor is a bit sweet, but the rose aroma is appealing with rose petals and rose jelly on top. the cake is with enough rose aroma. the earl grey cake is a bit sweet, and the earl grey is strong but not the type I like.
