However, it didn't affect the tastiness of this tsukemen. The pinkish slice of Ozaki wagyu would melt in your mouth and it was even better after you dip it into the soup which enhanced the beefy flavor. However, it didn't affect the tastiness of this tsukemen. The pinkish slice of Ozaki wagyu would melt in your mouth and it was even better after you dip it into the soup which enhanced the beefy flavor. The noodle was bouncy, at the right texture, able to pick up the proper amount of soup and would not stick together even it was cooled down after a while. The soup with diced wagyu was not too salty or oily. Overall, it was great but the price is relatively on the high side, especially for sth in foodcourt.
