It's more lean to the healthy chinese soup flavor, instead of the sweet soy sauce style. However, I'm quite into this especially when the bean noodles soaked up the soap very well. The beef honeycomb tripe and chewy tofu were great in terms of the textures, but all the toppings couldn't pick up the flavor as

The beef honeycomb tripe and chewy tofu were great in terms of the textures, but all the toppings couldn't pick up the flavor as well as the noodle did, which they all tasted good separately but weren't cooperating well with each other.

Fresh, not too sweet and it's hugeeee, could make me feel full by itself.
