萬波 (English name: Wanpo Tea Shop) is another new Taiwanese tea shop that has opened in Hong Kong in the recent months. They come in two sizes. Large or regular. But it seems large isn't that much bigger than regular.
After a recommendation from the staff, we chose the red grapefruit and Earl Gray cheese top tea ($30). Just as the staff described, the cheese top wasn't as thick as others. Nor was it as salty as others. It was thinner and more on the milky cream side. The tea on other hand was a bit weak. The Earl Gray didn't shine through and there was almost no taste of grapefruit.
Tea was a bit weak. The cheese top was ok but not that great. I doubt I'd be back.
