I started to get notice to this Bartlock center since I enjoyed every restaurant I tried in this building and this time it is the ZUC.CCH.ERO located on the 18th floor of this building. Stylish menu with stylish cup together with the modern interior design, the restaurant does give the extra creativity feeling to me.

The matcha tart is half-baked so that the center is still in molten form. Crispy crust with hot match that spread through your palate in a japanese way. The yuzu sauce and yuzu sorbet also keep refreshing your palate every now and then. The off balance plate with simple random drops of yuzu gave the dish some artistic attitude apart from just taste and smell.
Next is the planet Earth~

This is a true art piece ! the outer sugar crusting decorated like the Earth sitting on top of some chocolate crunch and sparkling candies with a cotton candy mimicking the cloud in the sky. We were offered to choose from two spray: the "destroy" black or the "protect" green. We choose the melon taste green to dissolve the "cloud".

After the cotton candy has melted, we start to taste the earth. The body is actually jasmine tea mousse in grey colour and the core is the orange sauce which is slightly red in colour. If you cut in the middle, the colour of these ingredients does match with the earth's anatomy and you will be amazed how detailed the chef has thought through when creating this dessert !! The dessert was just very nice that I decided to order a Muscato to pair with this.
Overall a very satisfying palate and visual experience that I cannot find elsewhere in Hong Kong. It would be great if there are more sweet drinks option like Italian Prosecco, Germany Riesling or even noble grapes from Alsace to pair with those amazing desserts`
