To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. The worst cafe de coral I have ever visit

Very very messy logistic for the queue at cafe de coral for TST 重慶mall, totally no sign for how to queue to get the food, then all ppl queue at the queue at 燒味部, after queue almost my time, then get another queue at another side, and ask me queue again at another side, ok after I almost reach the queue, then the shop manager 林艶still shout at me said ur food is at the front, no need to queue, however, my food at last being taken by order, the food I want to order is totally so sold out, very frus

I need to queue over 30 mins still not get a time tea set & at last get there good not I want.

Just can say the worst cafe de coral I have ever visit & poor messy service worse than mainland China.
