The worst experience ever

We made a reservation the day before but was given a table very near to the exit. A narrow path behind so my husband was brushed several times by people who walked past. There was a long piece of cloth under the bench of the inside seat where I was sitting, presumably some spillage needed soaking up. I asked for a change and though a few round tables set for 3 were available, we ended up with another small one near to kitchen’s exit. Was informed it’s going to be filled up later though it was 13

We made a reservation the day before but was given a table very near to the exit. A narrow path behind so my husband was brushed several times by people who walked past. There was a long piece of cloth under the bench of the inside seat where I was sitting, presumably some spillage needed soaking up. I asked for a change and though a few round tables set for 3 were available, we ended up with another small one near to kitchen’s exit. Was informed it’s going to be filled up later though it was 1340 already. Service was Chinese cafeteria style as staff obviously were not trained for proper restaurant service. They all run around like headless chicken. Big food service trays were over my husbands back several times due to the narrow path. I have to watch his back throughout the meal. Plates were mostly dumped onto the table with casual manners. When asked for a napkin, we were given serviettes. When asked again we were told there was no more available as it’s all used up. What a joke! We both had stomach discomfort afterwards. A 2 course set lunch inclusive 10% came to $550. Not to expensive but it’s definitely one of the worst experience we have had for a long time in HKG.
We are not returning and would discourage all our friends and colleagues too.
