The worst place for birthday ever

It was a friend's birthday night - we agreed to handing over the table in 2 hours before sitting down. The waitress has reminded us more than 3 times within an hour with a ridiculous attitude. The food did not arrive until an hour, and they even asked us to pay the bill before any food has arrived.WORST PART - it was a surprise party, but when we were finished with the food, the waitress simply threw the cake on our table. RIDICULOUS PLACE -- if we were notified that the place does not have the capacity to serve us we would happily find another option, but treating customers like this is simply not acceptable. I really dont understand why there would be reviews saying the staffs are friendly.
To be fair, the food is okay, but the ppl simply suck
