The worst restaurant experience I have ever had in Hongkong!!! In particular, the service is so bad. I won't go to this restaurant and won't recommend it to anyone!!!We, two adults and one 3-year old kid, arrived at the restaurant at around 12:15 for lunch, and there were several some tables empty for two. We, two adults and one 3-year old kid, arrived at the restaurant at around 12:15 for lunch, and there were several some tables empty for two. The guy named Tony wanted us to squeeze into the small table for two but that would be too narrow and uncomfortable. So we got a ticket and wait.
After 10-15 mins, another family with 5-6 people came in. Then after a while, there was a table available. Tony arranged the later coming family to sit around and let us wait.
Then another round table for 5 was clear but Tony still wouldn't let us sit down and made up some exercises that the table for 5 was reserved. It's so obvious a lie. We demanded him to show us the booking record which should be all lie down in the book at the front desk. Tony still wanted to fool us by saying those were not record but the company kept those info.
Come on, we are not that naive and stupid to be fooled like this! There was no reservation at all! He just simply wanted to keep this big table for later come customers with more people. We complained and pointed out he was just making things up. He then gave up and asked us to sit down at the 5 people table.
But we were so annoyed and felt being insulted. This is the very first time that a restaurant service provider lying to us so brutally and making us sick!
The image of this restaurant is totally ruined and we will never ever go back again.
This is not a judgement for the taste not environment of the place as we don't even got a chance to enjoy a meal there. The service and the quality of the staff are just terrible!!!
