Echoing one of the comments previously, they don’t actually give a about the customers, service is super rigid, it’s like they can’t be flexible at all and I don’t understand the logic at all when they refused to let us sit at the table closer to the outdoor because it’s tables reserved for guests who have dogs and there’s no dogs and basically just few guests at that time, there are so many other choices at The Pulse, I would NEVER return to this one ever, end of story. Just now every single table around total 10 tables in this restaurant are served while we were the one to order sharp at 17:56, they didn’t want to admit that they forgot our order and still trying to pull some stupid reasons out of their mouths,
The very worst was the Manager her name is Marie - after we were told that the restaurant didn’t forget about our order but they couldn’t explain why the food was not coming, we asked for the manager and her attitude was horrible, not having any willingness to find a solution and basically telling us it’s not her problem why our order was input to the system late, her body gesture tells everything, rolling her eyes and she actually did not give a about the delay at all,
It was a total disappointment not only only the restaurant but the integrity and the professionalism of this ‘manager’ Marie,
Just don’t go back there and have your evening ruined that’s all
