The worst soy chicken rice ever

I used to visit this place at least once a week as it is close to where I work, really for convenience sake.  But I shall never visit again.  This evening, I revisited again for a quick dinner box.  As I stood in front of the cashier prepared cash to order takeaway, the cashier lady was too busy sharing with her friends about her $300 haircut & hair treatment.  I dare not interrupt her during her conversation.  She is of course notorious for being rude to every customer I'd seen so far.  I swear

I specifically requested any chicken parts except the chicken breast meat for the dinner box, but it turned out all scraps from the chicken were provided.  The chicken was overcooked and coarse.  It was not the typical dinner box you'd expect.  The rice was acceptable but the meat was the essence of the lunchbox which should not go wrong.
I felt like a beggar than a customer.   Mind you, I am used to bad service in HK but the food and service here are is the worst ever.  I highly recommend never to visit this place unless you wish to have the worst experience in HK.
